Dr Ryan Partridge. Emotional abuser, he gaslit me the entire time (he was my regular GP, so over several months) I saw him for my anxiety and depression, always speaking down to me, dismissing everything I said, speaking like a disapproving father, asking about "work" when I told him I'd just recently suffered a nervous breakdown (confirmed by my psychologist). Even the receptionist at Centrelink could see I needed help, and his comment to this was 'she's not a doctor'. Well neither are you. Doctors help people.

Best GP practice in Coffs in my view and I’ve tried nearly all of them I think. My GP Jeremy Allen is just simply the most down to earth, nice bloke anyone could ever meet…and he’s not a bad Dr either😀. Recently, Jeremy had to take some time away from the practice. I am so impressed and grateful for the time that Dr Hart took with me as a new patient. He was thorough and kind and explained things clearly. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, and the whole experience was very easy and positive. Definitely recommend this practice.

The waiting room is very clean and COVID safe. The staff are very helpful. Dr Hart is excellent. He listens to what you have to say, unlike some others I have encountered.

Janette practice. Twice I have asked to see a Dr and twice I've been told to go to casualty. The first time was a UTI and was told to get an ambulance and on Wed. was told to go to casualty for a skin flap that required a nurse not even a Dr. I understood that when the practice was built it was to alleviate the strain on casualty. A new patient to this practice was diagnosed with stage one cancer, she was told this in the waiting room, no privacy, the doctor informed her that she should go home and enjoy Christmas with her family and we will start treatment in January. One week later she missed an appointment (single mum of 4 kids) the next business day she received a letter via a courier from Tara(office manager) that she was no longer patient of this practice because of failure to attend appointment. Switched to CHC Medical from a previous Clinic after being misdiagnosed etc on some Health issues by my Doctor several Months ago, the Services at CHC are much better and the Staff are very Friendly and knowledgeable as well as the Doctors anytime that’s needed, even on a basis that I need to see someone urgently.
CHC deserves 5 Stars for the exceptional Services they do provide.

After trying most of the mediocre doctors in Woolgoolga, I gave CHC a go with excellent results. Truely caring doctors and I think set the bar for service and well worth the drive. The reception girls and nursing staff always look after me too. 5 stars from me guys.

DrJeremy is by far the coolest doctor our family has ever seen! Even my husband will go and see him which he is generally nearly impossible. Dr Jeremy is Down to earth and a genuine man and I think that the other doctors in Coffs should take a page from his book.

I am new to the area and found it hard to find a medical centre I liked but CHC Medical Centre are just beyond wonderful. I felt very comfortable from the minute I walked in. I was greeted by friendly faces and the doctors helped my family and I on such short notice. My visit here was nothing but pleasant and I’m happy I have found a welcoming place. I will definitely be happy to come back again.

The online booking system is great! Appreciated that I could see a GP after hours. The reception staff were friendly and made me feel welcome when I arrived. Parking was easy and it was convenient being able to drop my script into the after-hours pharmacy downstairs after my appointment. GP was lovely, took the time to really listen and was very thorough. I will definitely be taking my family to this practice from now on.

Terrible experience, I have been in chronic pain from a lower back/lumbar/s.i joint related injury, I explained my situation to the Doctor (Carol McCabe), I have been seeing a osteopath, getting accupunture and also seeing a phsyio for months on end with only minor relief. My Osteo recommended i needed an M.R.I to further investigate, Iam also… travelling to Brisbane to see a pain specialist in 2 weeks who also required an M.R.I scan. Upon seeing the doctor i explained everything, without any questions or "consulting with the patient' the doctor REFUSED to give me a referral and I was told

Long wait. Doesn't close until 7 pm I was the last patient at 6:08 yet I heard the reception tell patient the doctor has already left for the day. Which wasn't correct. Highly don't recommend this place. Better off waiting at the hospital.

Good for an emergency as open on weekends but wouldn't recommend for on going issues
