After driving for 4 hours or so, we arrived at the Amaroo Motel. And discovered it was what we expected, so we enjoyed our stay in Tumut NSW.

Very friendly and understanding staff. Little expensive but it is Tumut in the Snowy Mountains. Room was very clean and comfortable. Hot water took a little time to get up to heat but when it did it was good. Also has undercover parking which was great because it was raining when I booked in. within walking distance of the Tumut River Brewing Co. And yes I would stay there again.

Very clean and well presented although bathroom differed from the pictures online which was a little disappointing. Breakfast was good, would be better without the fuses tripping but staff did a great job adapting.

My wife and I have stayed on 2 other occasions over the last few years. This Motel is definitely a 4 Star rating the same care and customer service still exists where the Motel is spotless all over and the hot cooked breakfast is excellent. You are within a very short walk to the Tumut shops and cafes. We would recommend anyone looking for great accommodation this is certainly the place to stay. On this occasion we had 3 wonderful nights and we will certainly be back when our Travels find us in Tumut. Thanks to the Manager for a most enjoyable stay.

A wonderful, friendly place, great for a short notice stay. Comfy bed, very quiet, air-conditioning, very very clean bathrooms (renovated at some point recently). Lovely staff, zero complaints. Would reccomend!

Really nice room. Deluxe finishes including the bathroom. More like an international hotel than a town motel. Everything was spotless and clean. Nice people.
