ACE Martial Arts was founded in 2011 by Hays Daewoud. After 11 years in the corporate world Hays decided to follow his passion and teach martial arts full time. Setup originally as a mobile private training & private group service, Hays travelled all over Sydney training clients from their homes, parks, gyms, offices and his home garage.
Kickboxing | Freestyle Striking

Kickboxing is based on striking. Historically developed and influenced by Karate, Muay Thai and western boxing. Our style is strongly based on the Dutch Kickboxing style with a heavy emphasis on boxing skills. Kickboxing can be practised as an effective form of self-defence, general fitness, or if you choose you can compete by fighting in the ring.

Boxing is considered the 'sweet science' and takes many years of practice to become proficient. Boxing is also one of the most popular training modalities in health & fitness and has lots of research proving it's health benefits. Our boxing classes incorporate all punching angles, footwork, reaction drills, and high intensity fitness.
Private Training

During private training, you'll reach your goals much sooner than the standard class environment. These sessions are entirely focused on you. We use a specialised approach to coaching that helps you build your skills & confidence in no time. All our instructors are qualified and have exceeded their requirements by investing their time and money in further education to become excellent coaches and communicators.
