Questions
Do you ship seeds to Western Australia?
Most seed varieties cannot be shipped to Western Australia due to quarantine restrictions. Check individual product pages for specific regional availability information.
Are your seeds certified organic?
While not all seeds carry formal organic certification, we guarantee no chemical treatments are used in our seed production processes.
What is your germination guarantee?
We test all seed batches for viability and guarantee minimum germination rates. Contact customer support for replacement options if seeds fail to germinate under proper conditions.
How should I store seeds before planting?
Store seeds in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Our resealable packaging helps maintain seed viability for multiple growing seasons when stored correctly.

I bought the product, I didn't receive it, after almost a month they returned to me saying that it had been delivered, after the address was missing information and it was returned, and several other lies, after many speeches, they gave me money, but they discounted the value of the delivery, being that didn't deliver

Received my order today. Ordered on 30th December. The plants are beautiful and in very good condition. Probably best mail order plants that I have received. Can’t wait until we can come visit ‘the shop’ once again.

This company advertised that a copy of the Australian Organic Gardening Resource Guide will be delivered free of charge if you fill in the form. I filled in the form in Jun and got a message that it will be posted in July this year. The promise is not fulfilled until now. It's Oct already! They just want to get your personal information, be aware of the scam.
