Absolutely do not reccomend. Had a support co-ordinator named Aman, who did not put in any services for me, did not return any calls, and was very rude when I called him out for this. Quoating "it is not my job to follow up and to ring me".
Tried multiple times to get a new co-ordinator, was always told that "they were in a meeting and someone will call me back" which they failed to do so in over a week. Avoid this company.

The absolute worst place to deal with when it comes to getting paid, they take forever and normally every few months I have to call them up to get invoices sorted out because they just don't pay them

I recently faced a stressful situation with my loved one. The Zest care support worker dealt with it calmly in the most professional manner. At all times she was very diligent and compassionate. I am very impressed. They have managed to match my child's support workers to his needs perfectly. Various personalities with common interests give him a taste of life back in the community, slowly with hope. They are all warm, patient and willing to do the chores required.

I have received a lot of help from Zest. I did need to change educarers to suit our family but once we had the right person we really thrived. I find it difficult that the carer needs to be with the parent in the home constantly and is not allowed to prepare a meal for the child or do any house wOrkney, change nappies or bath the children as this somewhat defeats the purpose of having assistance and is not as described (providing the same level of care as in a childcare setting)
The quality of the service is based on who your educarer is. I've had a wonderful carer who became like another member
