I had a experience wherein the capsules I was prescribed were not working for me. But the owner of the company called me to talk about the problem and refunded me the product which wasn't working.
It is very clear to me that the people at Kingswood care a lot about their patients and that their main goal is to support people with their illness and getting their prescriptions.
I really valued the owner taking a good 15 mins of his day to call me and rectify the issue.

Usually fairly good but this mornings experience was not great.
Walked in, walked past a staff member who I actually gave way to as she was walking down the aisle. No greeting, not even a smile. She actually looked sick so maybe that's why she didn't want to greet me? But I got what I needed and waited at the counter for a minute, but ended up walking out because the staff were to busy down the back chatting.
What's the point of opening at 8am if you are just going to let your customers walk out without being served?

The team at this pharmacy are incredible. Service with a smile, so helpful and caring. You can message them through the website or phone them so you dont have to wait around. Sam is an absolute legend and always so kind. Keep on doing what you do because I come all the way from Newcastle to your pharmacy because of the service.

The pharmacists here are so friendly and considerate. I've been getting my babies reflux medication made here and they're the best. They tell you what they put into it, like anti bittering agents and flavorings if you choose, and even put it into a practical dispenser bottle, and all round they're just great. So far we've found the tutti fruitti flavour to be the best with our bub!
