Our Team
Report
Herriot House Veterinary Surgery was formed in 1989 from a heritage house. The aim was, and remains, to provide quality care in a pleasant environment. The original house was renovated within heritage guidelines and the beautiful gardens have several awards. Quality service and a well-equipped surgery has built a reputation for caring treatment that is second to none.
Puppy School
Report
So, you have a new puppy and he is just adorable. Snuggles, licks, the occasional nibble, he's so warm, so cuddly, so furry and so completely and utterly adorable. Adorable until he stands on the kitchen table, helps himself to snacks, somehow finds your most expensive shoes to chew! Puppy training is vital.
Cat Vaccinations
Report
It is essential to ensure your cat is sufficiently vaccinated to safeguard not only your cat but the domesticated pet population in general. Vaccinations assist in not only controlling but also preventing communicable diseases. For continued resistance is recommended that kittens and cats get vaccinations initially with a vaccination booster every year.

Desexing
Report
Neutering (desexing) your pet is a common surgery that stops them from reproducing. In male pets it is commonly known as a "castration", and in females as "spaying". This is a regularly performed surgery. Your pet is usually home by the same evening after surgery. A pet is generally desexed around the age of 4 and 6 months, however there is no age limit.
