I visited Great Feets a couple of months ago and had the privilege of being seen by the lovely and extremely knowledgeable, Jessica. I have had sore feet for the last 3 years and after just one consultation I no longer get any pain. Jessica went above and beyond to fully identify my issues which I found empowering as she made me felt heard and understood. I've had a couple of poor experiences with podiatrists in the past so I've tended to avoid them. However, I had an ongoing issue with my feet that was causing regular pain and discomfort. I was recommended to Patrick Chung and have now been to a couple of appointments. Patrick has restored my faith in podiatrists. Not only did he successfully address a complicated situation with my feet (that's been around for years) without causing the pain that I was expecting, he was also very patient, and explained what he was doing and how it was going to help me.
