Called for a tow service. Tow didn't arrive. Called back. They advised they would be there in 40mins. Tow didn't arrive. Called back again. Told they would be there soon but couldn't give a time frame so I asked them to cancel the job instead. Whole time they were rude and abrupt.

Extremely courteous and professional. After towing my car, the driver gave me a ride home. He was empathetic as I was a bit shook up- the cab was clean, I was comfortable overall the best service Ive ever received from a towing company.
