Excellent workmanship, sent them a wedding picture frame that had suffered a bad fall and was damaged almost beyond repair. Was as advised that the picture had been stuck to the frame wrong using tape which would cause picture to brown. The frame had sentimental value as it was actually used in the photos. Repaired the frame and attached the picture correctly. Staff were very friendly and the repairs were reasonably priced.

I have used many framers over the past 20 years working as a professional artist. I changed over to The Framing Factory about a year ago and so far I have been very happy with the quality of their work and their prices.
You should be aware that many framers use shoddy practices and poor materials. You don't find out about this until the tape off the back of the painting comes loose or you open up the frame to change the contents. Shane and his staff are very conscientious in their desire to produce a high quality product.
