Peoples' Choice Property Management opened its doors in December of 2008. It comprised of only 2 staff and a rent role you could count on one hand. With the visions of its directors it was obvious it was only a matter of time until the rent role grew at a rapid rate. Today we have approximately 350 properties which has been solely built on a referral basis.

This is a report that is compiled at the commencement of a tenancy prior to your tenant moving into the property. This report outlines the condition of the property at the commencement of the tenancy and is used when the tenant vacates to ensure that the property is left in the same condition.
An exit inspection is carried out at the end of a tenancy which is checked against the original condition report which has been taken at commencement of the lease.It is at this point in time that any discrepancies that need to be rectified by the tenant are identified and addressed. Routine inspections are conducted after a tenant takes possession of the property and are conducted every three months.
