Mario is incredibly organized, very knowledgeable about all his products. He is also a very talented Artisan so he knows first hand how each product works inside and out. Anyone who has been trained by him knows his high level of service and support in communication. I feel very lucky to have found him and the Giorgio Graesan products, with his training and these products beautiful projects come to life and my dreams come true .
