Very caring and respectful.communications for our lovely rental where always professional and honest. A first class agency and very considerate. Even amongst a few hiccups where able to handle things promptly. Wow a beautiful lady our new landlady. Wish more real estate personally would take a leaf out of tropical reality mission beach and their proven success through listening and caring and doing their jobs with calmness and respect for both the owner s and their Tennant s. Tania's approach, knowledge and communication skills made it so easy for us as vendors. This potentially was not an easy thing to do, as we were very reluctant sellers who loved their home and lifestyle dearly, but circumstances beyond our control meant it was time to let go and move on. Tania was always understanding and patient, giving us well-informed and honest information about property values and the market situation. She always let us discuss the options, not leading us in one direction or the other which meant we owned the decisions but she readily made concessions to facilitate the process

From my initial inquiry, throughout negotiations, the period until Settlement and beyond, Tania was always there to help me through the process. My inquiry was from Melbourne, she was available and accommodating when I flew up for a looksee, and then kept me posted by phone and email throughout. The tyranny of distance was not an issue. Tania displayed impressive skills in balancing the needs of the Seller (whom she represents) and the Buyer, and in the process has done her best for both parties. After looking for pet friendly accommodation in mission beach for what felt like ages we finally found one! We stayed at Cassawong Cottages and it was superb. Had a fantastic experience throughout from start to finish. Crystal gave fantastic customer service and made everything incredibly easy. When we arrived the cottage by far exceeded our expectations! The bed was comfy and the pool was simply fantastic. Located directly opposite the beach.. Had such a great couple of days away. Thank you very much!
