Each of our designs is a unique solution to the challenges and opportunities presented by the site, your requirements and those of the local authorities.
At the same time, each design is grounded in our philosophy that nature and architecture go hand in hand. A patch of dappled sunlight, a cool summer breeze or a still pond. He regularly takes part in international architectural competitions, with his entry for the "Kenilworth Designer Dunny" being one of 12 designs shortlisted by the Sunshine Coast Council in 2016 from an international field of 174.

Report
On finalisation of the design concept, preparation of submission drawings and accompanying documentation, either for Development or Section 96 Applications to Council or Complying Development Applications to a private certifier. Including discussions with Council Planners, responding to neighbour's objections (if any) and amending design if required.
