I got a tattoo here from Tom and while he was very helpful with getting my tattoo to exactly what I wanted by giving advice and working on it, thats about where it ended. I arrived on time to my appointment to be told he isnt in the building in a blunt tone with no idea how long he might be, or an apology for the half an hour wait. I understand the time of the artist is important, but so is mine. My tattoo was started and then Tom stopped mid-tattoo to have a conversation with some colleagues, get out his phone and Google something with no regard for the fact that I was sitting there
