Robert established Holloway Vision in 1991 following extensive experience in Melbourne, the USA and in Britain. Passionate about providing the latest eyecare to the North East, Robert was amongst the first optometrists in Australia to be licenced to prescribe antibiotics and steroid eye drops. After more than 30 years of practice, Robert continues to be enthused with providing the best in care for his patients.

If you are having problems seeing clearly, or have a concern about your eyes, or vision, you can either Call Us or Book an Appointment. No referral is necessary. The majority of your consulting fee is covered by Medicare, leaving only a small gap payment in most cases. For the purchase of glasses and contact lenses, we offer the convenience of in-house HiCaps claiming, allowing you to utilise your private health extras coverage.

Current and past beneficiaries include local football and cricket clubs, Wangaratta City Football Club, Wangaratta Golf Club and the Wangaratta Agricultural Show Society.
