Our founders, Ray Leigh and Warren Gray, began their careers as apprentices at Fields Marine Pty Ltd before purchasing the business and relocating to our current prime location on Victoria Street. Really poor customer service.
Refused to tell me a part number over the phone, saying it would help me find the part cheaper elsewhere instead of using them. In person, same assistant refused to help source a replacement cable for my remote control gear shifter, as the controller was a Johnson, not a Mercury controller (despite the part I needed was the bit connecting to the Mercury outboard). Same person did provide me with another part - rectifier, though no packaging, no info sheet, no fitting instructions, not even a part name/description. Refused to comment on how to mount it, saying they

We have been to Sugar City Marine a few times and the staff have been amazing and so helpful. We purchased a new quintrex renegade 460 about a week ago, Paul couldn't have been more helpful and assisting to our needs, he is truly a champ. The guys in the workshop were amazing in fitting all the extras we needed and a perfect job was done. All the staff that we met at Sugar City were accomidating and never a problem when we would just pop in to see the progress of our boat. Thanks guys and girls for your amazing customer service
