The Morrison Hotel first opened its doors across the road as Hotel Britannia. Once that pub went up in flames, the Morrison you know today was built. Opening our doors in 1927, we've been serving locals and the alike ever since. Building our reputation as one of Brisbane's best steakhouses and whisky bars.
