Freddy was very helpful and accommodating. He is very knowledgeable and answers every question. He offered to test different scooters as much as I needed to decide what to purchase. After I made the decision, the whole process was very smooth. My scooter was delivered within two weeks. I will not hesitate to recommend Freddy and his shop to anyone.
