Achieving success at the Adelaide and Perth Royal Show Cookery competitions has inspired me to make baking and cake design my life's work.

A wedding cake, a birthday cake, a celebration cake of any kind must be bursting with flavour. It's all about the quality of the ingredients and the intensity of their flavour. I make all my own flavourings from vanilla extract and lemon curd to raspberry coulis to coconut cream. Real authentic flavours that deliver on taste.

Sculpted and carved birthday cakes are in a league of their own. Each cake is a one-off design and priced according to the time and level of difficulty needed during the creative process. The design can be collaborative with you or you can give me creative licence to create something deliciously spectacular.

The earlier the better. During peak wedding season (October- April) season we start taking wedding cake orders up to a 18 months in advance. So to avoid any disappointment book in early for your chosen date. For celebration cakes, 4 weeks in advance is recommended. Contact us and we may be able to accommodate you in a short time frame.

A complimentary tasting and consultation where you can sample some delicious cake combinations in a relaxed atmosphere. This obligation free service will also give me a chance to get a sense of your individual wedding style. Be sure to bring along colour and fabric swatches, your invitation sample, pictures, floral concepts and anything else that gives inspiration to what you would like to have on your special day.
