We engaged Chris Steel to finalise our architects drawings and requirements specification, put the project out to tender and assist with the selection of a builder. We are extending our farm house located west of Hamilton, a 1960s Mt Gambier stone single level house.
Chris and his team completed the work within the budget and timeframe resulting in the successful engagement of a builder. Chris was completely professional during the project, and was easy to get on with. The documentation produced gave the builder all the information required, and we anticipate minimal variations due to the detailed

Chris took the concept we put to him for our house and pretty much nailed it at the first attempt. We made a few changes and he talked us out of a few others which we now realise was the right choice. All up the experience was painless and positive. The builder had no major issues with the design and we ended up with exactly what we wanted.
