Black Diamond is home to tattoo artists Kelly Mckinnon, Beau Newman, Chris Angelikas, Matej Bacic, Amy Gellard, Wilbert Olaya, Shane Mankitya Cook and Erika Gardiner. All artists have many years experience and over time have developed their artistic styles to provide unique and custom tattoo pieces. We also work alongside LaserTat who provide the best laser tattoo removal and can assist with fading unwanted tattoos ready for cover-ups or complete tattoo removal.

We are currently experiencing high volumes of work across all our artists schedules. Most of our artists have their books closed and we are unable to take on new bookings for them at this stage. Please keep an eye on our social media for when their books will reopen or if they have any cancellation spots available.

How do I make a tattoo booking? One of our artists will be in touch with you promptly to organise your consultation and booking. Do you have a shop phone number? No we do not. Each of our artists work for themselves and are only in the studio when they have a booking. The best way to get in contact with us or your artist is through email.

As soon as you step foot into our studio you can expect to feel welcomed and comfortable. Our space features an opened planned layout which provides an energetic, friendly environment and we encourage clients and guests to walk through and enjoy the ever changing art featured on our walls. Music, movies, tea/coffee, drinks, treats and professional customer service are just part of the tattoo experience you will receive.

Kelly began his tattoo career in 2006 and has since developed his diverse tattooing style, making him one of the most sought out artist in SA. Throughout his career he has been presented with a large collection of tattoo awards, magazine features and has been a mentor and trainer for many young artists starting out in the industry.

Undertaking his apprenticeship in Canada and working along side different artists throughout Australia, Chris Angelikas has had an excellent opportunity to develop his technical abilities through a diverse range of exposure. His true passion lies in crafting his proficiency in black and grey realism, with an interest in the challenge of reworking and covering existing unloved work.
