Amazing food. Great staff. The Wix booking system let us both down when I ordered recently. I had to wait in the pub while they did the order from scratch, which was fine. Not only did they sub me a pint for the wait, they comped the entire meal. Which was of course delicious. Best Steak and Guinness Pie in town. Hands down. The schnitzel was a bit of a let down (dry and tiny) but the arancini was out of this world, as was the Sticky Toffee Pud.

Beautiful old pub located in a quiet street in Balmain . Went here for a Sunday lunch, and had the best roast dinner and sticky date pudding I've ever tasted. Definitely recommend.
