This is a great establishment. The customer service with the three people that I dealt with were all very helpful and willingness to explain things in simple terms. I loved the fact they even showed me the part they replaced and talk through the issue. I don't know much about cars, but I felt they are 100% genuine and will do the right thing for the customer. Thank you so much, and looking forward to a long term relationship with you guys.

After having my car at a another local mechanic twice with no resolution I was recommended to try Prahran Auto. From the get go I was kept up to date with the troubleshooting involved and thanks to their fantastic faultfinding skills the team were able to resolve my fords issues and the car has be running great ever since. This is the only place Ill take my car from now on. I cant recommend David and Tony highly enough.
