Not only is the lady owner extremely rude, based on her responses to previous negative reviews, has no ability whatsoever to self-reflect and improve. If she was more receptive to feedback and changed her attitude, there would not be so many negative reviews confirming that many people have the same perception; that she is rude and should not be in hospitality! And yes, I am expecting the same spray that others have received when they have dared to share their opinion about their poor customer experience. Oh and I have concluded that the lady must be an owner because no one in their right mind

The best and most beautiful winery Ive been to in Stanthorpe. The restaurant and cellar door are set around a picturesque lake and we were lucky enough to have a front seat. The wine flights and cheese/ham boards were great and the dessert is delicious. The wine itself is also fantastic. Such a lovely day spent there - recommend booking ahead as they book out early. We also stayed at the upper cottage on the property which was magical with its own vineyard just out the door and complete isolation from everything else. Was truly a special experience.
