Our treatments
Report
Dental implants are a permanent solution for replacing one or more missing teeth. Placed directly into your jaw bone using a simple surgical procedure, the implant then fuses to your jawbone to act as the base for an artificial crown. For the implant to be successful, you will need to have excellent oral hygiene and healthy gums.
Cosmetic dentistry
Report
Everybody loves a bright, white smile; and with the whitening techniques at St George Dental, having discoloured teeth or a dull smile has never been easier to rectify. Our aim is to help you smile with confidence. The procedure is simple and involves only a couple of appointments. At your initial appointment we will clean and prepare your teeth for the whitening process, and take accurate impressions of your upper and lower teeth.
Crown and bridge
Report
If you have teeth that are heavily filled and in constant need of repair, then a crown may be the best option to restore your tooth to its normal shape and size. A crown improves function by enclosing the tooth, making it far stronger. Crowns can cover and support a tooth with a large filling, protect a weak tooth from breaking, cover a dental implant, or protect a tooth after root canal therapy.
Veneers
Report
Veneers are made of a thin, although strong tooth-coloured porcelain shells. They are bonded to the front surfaces of your teeth to create a more aesthetic, yet natural smile. Veneer preparations are a fairly straightforward procedure, usually needing only 2-3 visits. The preparations and bonding are completed in our surgery and the actual veneer is painstakingly hand made by our dental technician.
