If your stay has been cancelled due to the Federal or State Government directive, you will be entitled to a full credit for a future stay. To protect our vulnerable residents and essential travel guests, under no circumstances, will guests be able to self isolate at our Holiday Parks.

Our front reception teams are working hard to make additional flexible options for check in/out. We are encouraging guests to take up the option of finalising payments in advance over the phone and receive their boom gate, site number and amenities codes remotely. For the safety of all our guests, social distancing within buildings and amenities will be will be observed.
