Sara-Jane Cleland is a university qualified Naturopath, Herbalist, Nutritionist and Food Educator with over 12 years clinical experience. She runs a busy practice in the Southern Highlands, offering Naturopathy Consultations, Bodywork and Cooking Schools. Sara-Jane's success in restoring the health and vitality of her clients is through connection.

Connection to the healing power of nature with food as medicine and herbal medicine, connection to family, community and most importantly connection to oneself, worthy of self-care. Sara-Jane is passionate about women's health, supporting women through all life phases - puberty, fertility, mothering, menopause and ageing.

My journey as a health practitioner began over 20 years ago as a Yoga teacher and organically evolved to working as a Remedial Massage therapist. In 2006, I completed a bachelor degree in Naturopathy at the University of Western Sydney and in 2007 a Graduate Diploma in Naturopathy at the University of Western Sydney.

Cooking Schools

These cooking schools have been created to inspire change to a healthy balanced way of eating. Information and ideas have been sourced from different diets including the Paleo diet, a Wholefood diet, a Raw food diet and a Pescatarian diet. The recipes reflect these ideas and are therefore vegetarian with some fish and chicken, gluten free, low grain, sugar free and dairy free except for yoghurt and kefir.

Sara-Jane has been a Massage therapist for 18 years with ongoing training in many different styles of Massage Therapy, including Thai Massage, Remedial Massage, Myofascial Release Therapy, Craniosacral therapy, Ka Huna Massage, Lymphatic drainage and Energetic Bodywork. Her unique style has evolved, incorporating skills gained from experience and training, to offer a deeply relaxing, therapeutic and restorative massage.
