Nursing Staff, are brilliant, second to none! However In my opinion, the Admin staff and the procedure I received was substandard, ended up 12 stitches that separated and now I have been left with more than I would have expected from visiting a Plastic Surgeon, a permanent scar. Not Dr. Shiba's best work I'm sure. I did get apology for the experience, but will face the results every day!
