Services
Art Framing
Our art framing service combines aesthetic precision with protective craftsmanship. We offer tailored solutions using premium materials to complement diverse artwork types, from paintings to memorabilia. Each frame is designed to enhance visual appeal while ensuring long-term preservation in Sydney's coastal environment.
Art Restoration
Specialising in museum-standard art restoration, we repair damaged canvases, treat mold-affected works, and perform archival conservation. Our techniques address structural issues while maintaining original integrity, employing ethical practices aligned with international conservation standards for paintings and artifacts.
Canvas Stretching
We stretch canvases over custom-built wooden frames to prevent warping in coastal climates. This service ensures professional presentation for oil paintings and photographic prints, using climate-appropriate materials to maintain tension and durability over time.
Conservation Framing
Our conservation framing utilises acid-free materials and UV-protective glass to prevent deterioration. This service caters to valuable artworks requiring long-term preservation, incorporating reversible mounting methods that meet gallery-standard archival requirements for paper-based and delicate pieces.
Mobile Framing
The mobile framing service brings our expertise directly to clients' homes or offices. We offer in-situ consultations, allowing customers to visualise framing options within their space while receiving professional advice on material and design choices suited to their environment.

I had a fabulous experience with Pickwick Picture Framers. They gave great advice on how to best frame and then came and hung it for me with great expertise and warmth. I was happier than I could have imagined with the result and will definitely be going back to use them again. Highly Recommend!

I had a painting with mould on it to be removed. I already had a quote on it which was extremely expensive. I gave Mori a call and told him of the issue. He was upfront with me right from the beginning and told me of approximate costs which was significantly below the other business. I gave him the job and was extremely pleased with the result. I would recommend his business to anyone

Another big thank you to Mori Behzad of Pickwick Picture Framers for reframing my indigenous artwork which was in need of a refresh. And thanks also for delivering it to me and installing it, along with several other artworks. Such a professional service done with patience, care and focus.

I have lived in Mosman for 45 years and have, over the years, had numerous
pictures framed of family and artists. No one till now has done a more
exquisite job than Pickwick Picture Framers. Two delicate Aboriginal
drawings on delicate rice paper have become my latest addition. They are
indeed museum pieces. A new shop has now opened in Mosman making it so
much easier for me to pop in with other items I still need to have framed. The staff is exceptionally helpful and also is also very savvy when it
comes to the right colours for a passe partout and a frame to match.

Mori at Pickwick Picture Framers Mosman gave the best service when I visited yesterday. I had a frame that needed adjusting and Mori offered to fix it on the spot. He also helped getting it to and from my car. I will definitely be using Pickwick again and recommend his framing services.
