Sally Charles is interested in working with clients for a large variety of health problems using primarily acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. Sally brings over 30 years of clinical experience to her practice including numerous study trips to China, lecturing, student clinic supervision and seminar presentations. Sally's dedication and professionalism as well as ongoing study have ensured her a long term following of patients.

In the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials there are now more than 12,000 clinical trials of acupuncture listed, with around 2,000 new studies being added every year. Here is a summary of the current research evidence, based on National Health and Medical Research Council Level 1 evidence (systematic reviews) and a small number of good quality Level 2 studies (randomised controlled trials).
