Paella Show has established a large following in and around Sydney with its renowned chefs, five star catering and festive spirit. Paella Show's Founder and Head Chef, Jon Ingunza, was originally from the famous culinary hot-spot in Spain, Basque Country.
Jon creates dishes inspired by his hometown family recipes and by his many years in restaurants in Spain, London and Sydney, including Velero formerly in Woolloomooloo and the winner of 2 Chef Hats, Movida Sydney.Paella Show is a family owned and operated business with high standards and we choose to work only with the best people.

Whether you'd like Spanish catering in your backyard for a family reunion, a fun meal between activities at a bucks or hens event, at a special birthday party, for a wedding and more, we'll come to your venue with amazing food and help to create a warm, intimate atmosphere with a fiesta spirit! Staff can enjoy taking time out to celebrate around a meal, literally, as the chef cooks up a Spanish food fiesta in a large round paella pan.
How it works

The cooking is done on-site. We bring everything needed to set-up our own "kitchen" so we can prepare, cook and serve everything fresh at your event. Yes, as long as there is enough space for the paella set up (23 m) and adequate ventilation. Our quote includes all staff necessary to prepare, cook and serve the meal buffet-style.
