Joel has now assisted our family with 4 subdivisions is undoubtedly the most knowledgeable, efficient and responsive surveyor/project manager Ive come across in 22 years of purchasing and developing. Extremely helpful, up to date and well ahead of his peers in relation to policies and changing legislation and ideas. An absolute asset to TLD and the benchmark of others in the industry.

From Start to Finish, Joel and his supporting staff were more than helpful to deliver the overall project goal with my best interest in mind. Nothing was too big or small of an ask.
