My Crusher was down at the weekend, I did a bit of research of where to get a pump replacement urgently.
I called Tidal and a lovely guy called Mike answered.
Not only was I amazed he answered on a weekend, but I was also amazed that he identified the the problem I had with this old pump.
He was able to get to a new one out to me straight away which was fantastic.
His quick service has saved me from hours of downtime especially with the Christmas period coming up.
His colleague Steve called me with all the freight con note details first thing monday morning which I have just this second received
