Movement, health and wellness has always been part of Kelly's life and it was in her 20's she discovered healing yet dynamic disciplines that put her through her paces - 'Yoga and Pilates'. Kelly's journey led her to experience a higher level of movement and the passion to teach Yoga and Pilates grew very quick.
She believes conscious movement guided with breath and soul is medicine and it is through the disciplines of ancient Yoga teachings and the repertoire of traditional Pilates we're able to peel back the layers to our true authentic selves and be completely present in our mind, body and soul - a process of healing, evolving and uniting.
