
Hi Reps Fitness has been operating in Rouse Hill since 2009 with the sole purpose of providing a fun, friendly & intimidation-free health & fitness experience. Starting with our Active Kids (8-15 years) providing a fun program encouraging children to be active & staying fit. Our Athlete Performance provides individualised training based programs on personal goals and sport-specific demands.

We cater and work around injuries and help strengthen the area of injury with pre rehabilitation/rehabilitation. High standard Coaching and programs designed by Mark who works with some of Australias best athletes and coaches. Our 4-day pass provides you access to our Fit4 daily workouts that are 60-minute sessions designed around all life stages.

We have two styles of FIT4 daily workouts to provide some variety and personal preference to your way of training. FIT 4 ALL - These sessions are great for body composition, all-over fitness and mental health and wellbeing. We incorporate upper and lower body movements throughout the week using bodyweight movements as well as incorporating cable machines, dumbbells, kettlebells etc.

Our Kids Fitness Club Program located in Rouse Hill focuses on introducing children (age 8yrs - 15yrs) to different exercises, drills, team interaction, and fun activities. Children have an opportunity to learn good movement through sport/exercise. Most importantly, our students love Kids Fitness Club classes and have a blast every single time!
