Hot-Dipped Galvanising
Our hot-dipped galvanising process provides durable corrosion protection exceeding Australian standards. We apply 2.5 Class Blast preparation with zinc phosphate primer and Poly U 400 top coat in various colours. This treatment ensures longevity even in harsh environments like mining sites and coastal areas. The process includes optional engineered cones and braking systems for specialised equipment.
Cable Drum Frames
We manufacture cable drum frames from 1-tonne to 20-tonne capacities with engineered drawings and SWL certificates. Our frames use high-tensile steel components and forklift-compatible designs. Custom options include adjustable shaft cones and manual braking systems. All frames feature hot-dipped galvanised finishes or premium paint systems for extended service life.
Instrument Stands
TCG fabricates instrument stands from 10kg to 19kg capacity using 50NB medium wall pipe and steel plate components. Our designs include gusset reinforcements and weather shields for outdoor applications.
