First off the store is very luxe, it's a wonderful experience going inside, even though the space is small they have a beautiful display. But their customer service is the shining star! I purchased online in their (incredible) sale and the size didn't fit so I organised an exchange. They were so accommodating when I called on the phone, and went out of their way to go and pick up a shoe they had in storage, absolutely fantastic, will buy from them again : It's refreshing to have such lovely customer service!
