Services
Asbestos roof removal
Specialised removal of asbestos-containing roofing materials including fibrous cement sheets and bonded asbestos. Our licensed team employs HEPA-filtered vacuuming and wet wiping techniques to prevent fibre release. Services cover residential, commercial, and industrial properties across South East Queensland, ensuring compliance with Australian safety standards and providing clearance certification upon completion.
Contaminated soil remediation
Professional remediation of land contaminated with asbestos fibres or construction waste. Our process includes material testing, controlled excavation, and safe disposal at licensed facilities. We implement containment barriers and air monitoring to prevent cross-contamination, restoring sites to government-regulated safety standards for residential or commercial redevelopment purposes.
Friable asbestos removal
Specialist handling of dry, crumbly asbestos materials requiring Class A licensing. Our team uses negative pressure enclosures and full-body protective equipment to safely extract materials like thermal insulation and acoustic sprays. The process includes independent air quality testing and third-party certification to ensure complete hazard elimination from industrial and commercial premises.
Asbestos testing
Comprehensive identification and assessment of suspected asbestos-containing materials. Our licensed professionals conduct visual inspections, sample collection, and laboratory analysis to determine asbestos types and concentrations. Results inform tailored management plans, including risk assessments and removal strategies compliant with Queensland's Code of Practice for asbestos management.
Pre-demolition services
Full-scale asbestos abatement prior to building demolition. Services include material inventory, decontamination protocols, and regulatory documentation. Our team coordinates with principal contractors to ensure safe removal of all asbestos components, including hidden materials in wall cavities and flooring substrates, while maintaining operational safety for adjacent occupied spaces.
