The driver that has been tasked to drive the Hoppers Party Hire truck needs to be swiftly dealt with. Extremely dangerous behavior driving in traffic this afternoon along Forsyth Road in Hoppers Crossing, perhaps he has been snorting some of your 'party supplies' before going for a joyride it seems. Just because you are employed as a Party Hire company doesn't mean you should treat the real world like a circus mate.
