Acro involves improving strength and flexibility to improve acrobatic skills such as handstands, cartwheels, walkovers, backflips, headstands, aerials and many more, with the aim that these skills will enhance dance routines.We follow the Acrobatic Arts syllabus to ensure proper technique and safety of students.

What is Troupe? If your dancer loves working hard in their dance classes and performing on stage then troupe is for you! We are not selective based on your dance abilities to be a part of our troupes, we only ask that dancers who choose to participate in troupe show dedicated commitment to their classes and their teams.
18 And Over

We offer jazz, lyrical, contemporary, tap and hip hop classes for our mature dancers. This is an opportunity to stay active and maintain dance skills that you have learned growing up. These classes are suitable for adults with previous dance experience. It is also a great way to keep connections with life long friends you have made through dance.
