Salsa originated in Cuba originally known as 'Son' The name 'Salsa' meaning sauce and the dance, along with salsa music originated in the mid-1970s in New York.

We bring the very sensual rhythm through our Bachata classes in Sydney. A mix of Bachata Moderna, Dominicana footwork and Sensual Bachata with full lead follow technique taught along the way - as well as body movement and body isolations. Bachata is a sensual partner dance originally from the Dominican Republic that is also taking the world by storm and fast catching up to Salsa in popularity.
