My daughters emotional support dog is a customer of yours he was dropped off there as he got out and instead of calling her to collect him you rang the pound instead. How can you be so nasty to a person with a disability knowing it was her service dog and in the progress on being trained. She spent most of her inheritance from her grandmother to… get him. Almost $4000. Don’t expect him back for his next lot of vaccines she will be finding a new vet. One that cares and has some compassion. I will be spreading the word about this far and wide. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

One Saturday night our dog got very sick & this clinic was the only vet open in our area or we would have to go to Melbourne. I would recommend this clinic 10 out of 10. They been very supportive & have taken great care of our dog.

Maffra is not our usual vet, but at 2am they were the only vet out of 5 that answered for after hours and I couldn't be more greatful. The care and love they gave our little dachshund Sophie was beautiful. … This was the first vet stay Sophie had and I was beside myself, but visiting her while she was there and seeing how much she loves the nurses, put me at ease so much! They even gave her a teddy for comfort and she came home with the cutest bandana 😭😭 Thank you so much to all of you! p.s Sophie is doing fantastic as is back to her usual self, thanks to you all

Terrible place. Charged $300 more than quoted. Told me they'd just whip a small wart off my dogs back while she was under for a tooth removal. A 4 mm round wart and they cut and left a scar 50+ mm across her back. They couldn't even clean her bum after she pooped because of the anaesthetic. They were happy to hand her back with poo dried in her fur and charged me just over $1000. Never ever going back there.
