The esoteric principle is that we are fiery-love - innately and, unchangeably. The principles of the esoteric way of life date back to the oldest forms of knowledge, an energetic living form of knowledge that is based on certain Sciences and Energetic Laws that are derived from the Ageless Wisdom.

I speak from the perspective of a practitioner of 25 years experience, well regarded and successful in my practice in Brisbane and from a base of having always worked closely with members of the medical profession, for many years working directly alongside them in integrative health practices.

During the last 15 years, I have worked in mainstream alternative medicine clinics that have offered chiropractic, acupuncture, musculoskeletal therapy, kinesiology, as well as detox and weight loss programs.I have attended many Universal Medicine courses presented by Serge Benhayon. He speaks in a way that is so common sense.

In due course, you will see the list expand with a number of differing/varying styles of meditation to help/assist the many that are today seeking some rest/stop/gentleness and or some stillness in their lives. As we have stated in our article on 'meditation' - we take the science and its business very seriously given that not all forms or styles of meditation are energetically safe.
