Need a glass panel in a sliding door replaced. From the first phone call staff were friendly, efficient and the onsite team (Levi band his offsider) did a great job. Clean and tidy. Couldn't be happier.

Don't use Haines glass for anything detailed or custom shaped. I was told it would take a few days. After 10 days of chasing my project up and being lied to, I told them i wouldn't pay for the workmanship because it was so far out ( a blind person would see it ) so they kept it another 2 days and tidied it up a little bit. I ended up taking an item i am not happy with and for $180 i expected better.

I had the pleasure of meeting Paul from Haines Glass and Glazing yesterday. I had 2 windows that needed replacing and I couldn't believe how fast he got the job done and it looked great. Paul was very professional yet very friendly and I would highly recommend Haines Glass and Glazing to anyone needing to replace their glass window.
