The clinic is modern and clean. The doctor himself was pretty professional and friendly. Absolutely fantastic. But the clinic can definitely improve when it comes to admin tasks and reception staff.

This medical center is expensive and there is no compassion from its office desk neither its doctor. I have paid a lot of money every time visiting a doctor there and my consultation was not even 15 minute. while I'm in need of critical iron infusion a rude and disrespectful lady at the reception told me I need to book another appointment first with Dr Daniel before the infusion while I already had 3 appointments with Dr Audry. it is outrageous that the people 9n this clinic try to make money out of you in the name of private practice. I have found a great clinic in Leichardt which is bulk billing

The GPs are excellent. I couldn't say the same about the front desk people. I called one day and I was given a piece of information and then I called next day and the lady backed out of her statement saying she never said so. People should not lie, they should just say such a thing would not happen again.

This is a comfortable, professional practice that I would recommend. Making an appointment and organising paperwork was easy. Dr Lim was caring, thoughtful and offered practical, useful advice. Reception was also good to deal with, as was the onsite nurse.

Highly recommend. The staff here are super friendly. Dr Amy and Dr Laura are fantastic. They listen carefully to the patient, very professional and efficient. If you want to see a doctor who really helps you, here they are.

The doctors here are fantastic. Especially the owners and husband and wife team (Dr Amy and Dr Daniel) Through my years of going here (regularly since I have young children) Ive developed a lot of trust and respect for the practice and doctors. Thorough, caring and extremely knowledgeable. Im so grateful to have them on my doorstep!
