Staff were rude and unhelpful. In particular a staff member called Tanya was unhelpful and snide when I couldnt get the pram through the store and suggested I leave my baby by the door while I go to the pharmacist at the back of the store. Such a shame about the service as the store is conveniently located in my area!

I have never experienced complete disregard for customer service. I waiting patiently for 20 mins as I needed assistance and allowed other customers to be served before I did, even though I had been waiting at the counter for some time without being attended to. When I brought it to the pharmacist's attention not only was what I said not acknowledged but I was ignored and she proceeded to ignore me when I tried to ask her for help. I don't usually write reviews but the lack of care from this pharmacist who is there to help unwell customers was really disgusting.

Friendly staff always willing to help. Have been buying my prescriptions from here for years as they are usually well stocked, have longer opening hours and affordable prices. Keep up the good work guys!

The supposed Asian manager RYAN was exceptionally rude and shouted across the pharmacy DON T COME BACK AGAIN because I chaged. my my mind as a result of the other mute pharmacist giving me generic brands for my blood pressure tablets which I did not ask for
