Friendly Pharmacy operates three pharmacies in the western suburbs of Sydney. The company began serving its communities in 1910. It is a friendly society that is owned by and operated on behalf of its members. All profits are either returned to members as price discounts or re-invested in the business to improve its efficiency.
At Friendly Pharmacy, everybody is an employee working to provide expert healthcare advice and information to our members and customers. Our credo is "Friendly advice, friendly prices". In the days before Medicare, social security and health insurance, friendly societies were the way in which working people were able to obtain a form of insurance against adversity.

Staff were rude and unhelpful. In particular a staff member called Tanya was unhelpful and snide when I couldn’t get the pram through the store and suggested I leave my baby by the door while I go to the pharmacist at the back of the store. Such a shame about the service as the store is conveniently located in my area!

I have never experienced complete disregard for customer service. I waiting patiently for 20 mins as I needed assistance and allowed other customers to be served before I did, even though I had been waiting at the counter for some time without being attended to.
When I brought it to the pharmacist's attention not only was what I said not acknowledged but I was ignored and she proceeded to ignore me when I tried to ask her for help.
I don't usually write reviews but the lack of care from this pharmacist who is there to help unwell customers was really disgusting.

The supposed Asian manager RYAN was exceptionally rude and shouted across the pharmacy DON T COME BACK AGAIN because I chaged. my my mind as a result of the other mute pharmacist giving me generic brands for my blood pressure tablets which I did not ask for

A middle aged blonde woman named Carrie, is very rude as she would watch me as i walked around the store, and everytime i pulled out a tester she would come up to me and check if i was using a tester. She has a very unpleasant and obnoxious attitude. The rest of the staff are very nice and the store's location is very convenient. The service could be better.

Very unprofessional young Asian pharmacist tried to charge me double because I only had a half prescription and he had to split a box of medication. Then very nosey middle aged blonde woman behind the counter was rude and obnoxious as they fixed up the pricing. Maybe learn more about the pharmaceuticals you're selling and the various reasons why people need them, instead of treating people with harsh judgement in front of other customers.
