Took weeks to respond. Literally gave him a spreadsheet listing all deductions. Draft tax return omitted thousands of dollars of said deductions. Also was only notified that my SMSF tax was ready for signing when I received a reminder for a bill they had not yet sent me!

We have been using Geyer Accountants for our tax but more importantly for business advice for more than 10 years.
