Exceptional customer service from Jodi! Something I ordered was actually out of stock but received an SMS from Jodi to rectify. Order came very promptly with a handwritten thank you note. Will be ordering from BB again and hope to visit you in Torquay one day!

Great experience! The express delivery is not overly expensive, $8 and it arrives within a couple days. There was a hand written note with the packing saying I hope they fit perfectly which I thought was a very nice touch. How often do you see hand written note these days! And I am also in love with the product itself. The shoes I got for my daughter are great

I bought "Old Soles" shoes for my toddler that got holes on the soles after only 2 months of wearing!! Def. not worth the price! Make sure the shoes are made for walking and check the soles before purchasing!
