Our Services
Report
We print on blank apparel. We supply and print logos and designs on blank apparel products from t-shirts, polo shirts, corporate wear, tradie wear, aprons, hats bags and more. Ever been to a team event and noticed all the teams with their team shirts on? Some has some awesome designs printed on them, others might just have a bright coloured shirt on and others might even have some quirky nicknames printed on the back of the shirts.
Screen Printing
Report
Let's start with this well known printing method which is incredibly popular, and for good reason. Screen printing inks are thicker than the inks used in other methods, meaning the colours are more vibrant and the images will last longer. Tip: Make sure your screen printer is using high quality inks, as low-quality inks will fade quickly and feel unpleasant to touch.
Embroidery
Report
Machine embroidery is an embroidery process whereby a sewing machine or embroidery machine is used to create patterns on textiles. We use it as one of our decorating processes to brand your uniforms. Embroidery can be expensive for small quantity items as it requires a set up fee (digitising). Embroidery is not recommended for large logo/details on garments as this can cause an irritation to the skin.
Digital Printing
Report
Heat transfer printing involves layering sheets of textile vinyl on top of a garment and heat pressing it on to adhere to the garment. We also have a range of metallic heat transfer vinyls available that will give your design that extra special effect. Digital printing is when an image is printed on digital textile vinyl and then applied to a garment using an industrial heat press.
